– making a decision on the company’s acquisition of a participant’s share (part of a share);<\/p>\n

– making changes to the articles of association that change the number of votes required for decision-making other than those provided for by the Law.<\/p>\n

– making a decision to carry out activities by the company on the basis of the model charter;<\/p>\n

– change in the size of the authorized capital of the company;<\/p>\n
